When does custom software make more sense than an off-the-shelf product?

When your core process does not fit an existing product, when you pay for several tools that are not connected, or when the team loses hours to workarounds. When an off-the-shelf product meets the need, it is usually the cheaper and faster option, and we will tell you so.

How much does custom software cost?

It depends on scope: the number of screens and user roles, integrations with existing systems, the complexity of the business logic and data migration. After an intro call and an initial discovery phase we provide a detailed estimate, and we usually recommend starting with a focused first release.

Can the system connect to the tools we already use?
