ERP integrations: Priority, SAP Business One and more

ERP integration with Priority, SAP Business One and more: connecting websites, B2B portals and apps to your ERP, with stock, price and order sync.

When a website, portal or app is not connected to the ERP, someone in the office re-keys orders, fixes prices and calls customers about items that are out of stock. AC builds integrations in which the ERP remains the source of truth, data is entered once and every system stays in sync.

What we connect

  • Ordering websites and B2B portals: catalog, price lists and customer-specific pricing, stock and order posting.
  • Apps and internal systems: order status, deliveries and invoices, customer and item data.
  • Other systems: payments, CRM and anything with an API, through one integration layer.

Priority and SAP Business One

With Priority, integration runs through the OData-based REST API, with a dedicated API user, form permissions and attention to transaction counting and rate limits. See our Hebrew guide: connecting a B2B site to Priority.

With SAP Business One, integration usually runs through the Service Layer, with proper session handling, incremental sync and order posting that is safe to retry. We wrote up the architecture in Integrating a B2B ordering platform with SAP Business One.

Integrations built to last

  • A separate integration layer: the browser never talks to the ERP directly.
  • Incremental sync: pull only what changed, with a full reconciliation as a safety net.
  • An order queue: every order gets a unique reference and is checked before any retry, to prevent duplicates.
  • Monitoring: a screen for failed documents, alerts and a log of every request and response.

AC's experience

Since 2016, AC's founder, Adir Cohen, has led the development of a B2B ordering and e-commerce platform that serves 60+ businesses, with deep integrations with Priority, SAP Business One, Comax, H-ERP and others.

An integration is usually part of a broader business system or application. Planning an ERP integration, or have one that needs improvement? Let's talk about your project.

Frequently asked questions

Which ERP systems do you integrate with?

Mainly Priority and SAP Business One, as well as Comax, H-ERP and others. Any system with an API can be integrated reliably.

What needs to be ready on the ERP side?

Usually a dedicated integration user with suitable permissions, API licensing according to the vendor's requirements and a test environment. We review these requirements with your system administrator at the start of the project.

What happens when the ERP is unavailable?

The integration is built around a queue: orders are stored and sent once the system is back online, without duplicates. The website or portal keeps working from the data already synced to it.

Can you fix an existing integration that is unreliable?

Yes. We start by mapping what syncs, where failures and duplicates occur and how errors are monitored, and decide what to fix from there.
